Coaching
The M3 Coaching approach is evidence-based, combined with practical and professional experience. It enables you to identify the psychological, emotional and behavioural factors that may be helping and/or hindering your improvement and performance. It can be applied across a whole range of professional and personal endeavours including leadership, career, communication, relationships, sport, wellbeing, or other life interests.
M3 Coaching focuses on three key areas:

Motivation – What’s driving your desire to make change?

Mindset – What mindsets (beliefs, mental models, thoughts, and feelings) do you require to make and manage the change?

Movement – How do you build and maintain momentum through action to embed the change over time?
The coaching process is tailored to your specific needs, context and outcomes. It normally includes a series of one hour coaching sessions that may be held weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Mentoring
M3 Coaching provides a Mentoring service for corporate leaders and Human Resource professionals.
Mentoring draws on Madeleine’s 30+ years of experience and knowledge of international human resources, business and leadership. It allows her to act as an effective sounding board in areas such as careers, strategy, relationship management, capability development and to share different perspectives on managing complex people and culture challenges across global organisations.
The Mentoring process will usually involve monthly one hour sessions for a minimum of six months.


People & Culture Coaching
M3 Coaching provides People & Culture coaching and development based on 30+ years experience in organisational development, leadership, cultural and performance consulting, facilitation and education and international human resources management.

The focus of this service is to help leaders, board members, human resource professionals, individual employees or corporate teams understand, and find solutions to their most challenging people and culture issues. Areas of expertise include international organisational/team culture development, facilitation, leadership development, team building, communication, performance, inclusion and diversity and HR Business Partnering.
People & Culture Coaching services are provided by agreement based on requirements.
